1. What we collect

• What you send us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Purchase details when you buy a service: your name, email and order details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Basic usage data from analytics and advertising tools (such as pages visited and the link that brought you here).
• If you call a number answered by an AI voice agent we operate, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, deliver the services you buy, send you emails you've asked for or that relate to your purchase, and understand which of our marketing works.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Meta, Google and Microsoft Clarity (advertising and analytics, where enabled). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools from Meta, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, where enabled, to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Email

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you won't receive further marketing emails.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@mybizautomator.net.
