Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026.

1. Who we are

My Biz Automator ("we", "us") is based in Lakeland, Florida, United States. You can reach us at contact@mybizautomator.net.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website and any services you buy from us, including AI voice agents, custom automations, website design and Meta ads management. A written proposal or order for a specific service may add terms; where it does, the proposal or order applies to that service.

3. Quotes, payments and refunds

Prices are shown on the relevant sales page or in the quote we send you. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Recurring services are billed on the schedule shown at checkout and continue until cancelled. Refund terms for each service are stated on its sales page or in your quote.

4. Results

We work hard to deliver results, but call volume, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control, including your market, pricing and how quickly you respond. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your business, to use our services lawfully (including rules on calling, texting and advertising), and to keep any login details we give you secure.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to My Biz Automator. Work we create for you is licensed to you for use in your business once it is paid for, unless your proposal says otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
